Sew Your Seeds

Saturday, June 29, 2019
This is a youth interpretive program that will teach kids what home life would have been like during the early lives of Alvin and Gracie York. Participants will learn basic sewing and gardening techniques through interactive crafts. The kids will enjoy crafts such as sewing their own stuffed farm animal and planting a small flower garden.

This event will be for children 7 years old and over. We will meet at the barn at 12:00pm (CST). The cost is $5 per child. Snacks will be provided during a mid-program break. Juice boxes will be available, but it is recommended that participants bring their own bottle of water. Please wear appropriate clothing for gardening.
