The Day of Battle: October 8, 1918 (10:00 AM CST Program)

Friday, October 8, 2021

Be sent to the front amidst the battle for the Argonne Forest and discover the world of command, as you join the regimental command staff in preparation for the coming attack and how fateful decisions have an impact on the battlefields of the Meuse-Argonne. Beware the fog of war, in the age of industrialized war.

Join staff of Sgt. Alvin C. York State Historic Park as we explore the Meuse-Argonne Offensive from the perspective of the 328th Infantry Regiment’s command staff. Remember to be on the lookout for the dangers of the Great War, as you gather intelligence, choose and see how your decisions impact the fate of thousands!

This program will take place within the historic York barn, and will be offered at 10:00 AM CT in the morning. Program capacity is limited to 8. Adults and children over 12 are recommended. $10 per person.
